So after 4 years of desperately wanting a REAL binder, I finally am going to order some!!!  I was going to order them tomorrow when my paycheck comes in, but then I decided I'd rather wait a week and get some feedback from experienced t-guys on the styles and sizes I've chosen first.

I intend to take notes of everything-- design pros and cons, shipping time, customer service-- so I can pass the info on to the next guy, but I don't want to reinvent the wheel so feel free to share your experiences with me. :)

BINDERS:

Tri-top chest binder (983)
Size: Large (37-40)
Underworks.com

Ultimate Chest Binder Tank (997)
Size: Medium (35-39)
Underworks.com

Under Armour HeatGear Rash Guard
Size: Medium
On sale at Combatsports.com

Seeing as my personal measurements are
--Bra size 38D-40DD (depending on the brand)
--Avg. chest size of 36.5 in
1)  what recommendations do you all have regarding binder sizing? I've heard that some styles run small, some run large, and I want to try to get the right fit the first time around, though I plan on initially getting the larger size to be on the safe side.
2)  Any ideas and suggestions for things like rolling up, doubling up, chafe areas, etc?
3)  What are some pros and cons of no sleeves vs short sleeves on binders, and black vs white?
4)  Which might do a better job of smoothing and shaping, the 998 or the rash guards?
5)  And which flatten big bajangas better, the "Ultimate" (997) or the "Extreme" (988)?

BRA:

7 Wonders Bra
Size: 38DD
Titlenine.com

This is my moob-masher backup for if the binders don't work out or if I need a break from them.
6)  Anyone try this or the Frog out?

PACKER:

Mister Softie
Size: 3.5"
Color: Vanilla
toolshedtoys.com

7)  Any thoughts on this little guy?
8.)  Would anyone point me towards a comfortable cost-effective harness or dick pouch?
9)  How well does a jock strap work? (I only wear boxers and don't want to use safety pins anymore.)

***Also on my wishlist, for future orders:
--Extreme Chest Concealer Tank (988), Medium (36-39), Underworks.com
--Microfiber Concealer (998), Medium (36-39), Underworks.com
--Under Armour HeatGear Full T, Medium (38-40" chest, 30-32" waist), Underarmour.com
--Under Armour HeatGear, Sleeveless T, Medium (38-40" chest, 30-32" waist), Underarmour.com
--Frog Bra, XL (38D-40CD), Titlenine.com
--Soft Pack, Vanilla, 4", Goodvibes.com
--DJ's Pissin' Passin' Packer (PPP), COCKasian, Teeny/Small, Djknowsdicks.com

Within the next 6 months, if my paychecks are substantial enough, I plan on buying and trying all of these to find the best fit for me. I consider non-refundable shipping costs a necessary evil to accomplishing this.***

Congratulations on finally being able to get a real binder!

I myself have barely ordered my first binder from underworks, finally able to afford one. I have 2 that were donated to me though.
I ordered it the third, it was shipped today.
I currently have a black tri-top and a black double front, both in small.
I ordered a black tri-top in small.
My underworks measurement is 33/34 ish. So that's a small, and it fits perfectly.

Wearing a wife beater under the binder helps a lot.

White gets dirty fast, stains are noticeable.

The double front smooths out pretty well.

And tritop is a good flattener.

I have a 3.5" mr.limpy, which is the stp packer thetransitionalmale makes (ftm stud).
They also sell a strap for it.

All I have for you, hope this helps.

Ah thank you too!
No problem.

Oh also, underworks customer service is pretty good. They respond pretty quickly to emails.
