My name is Kimberlyann. I am a 48 yr old M-F school teacher. I have been married for 24 yrs. My wife hates me (Kim). I have 4 kids ages 11,14,16,17). I knew I was a girl when I was 5. I didn't just suspect it. I simply knew! By the time I was 14 I knew I was transexual. I ran from me from the time I was age 18 I ran from me until I reached age 40. I stopped running then but didn't do anything until I was 45 and was living in Monterey County CA. I went to counseling in Monterey County and even had my endo letter but ran again and then moved to Central  Georgia.  When I transition I will lose everything but still must move forward. I hope I can be a good member of this wonderful group (((((((((((hug)))))))))))))) to everyone!

Hi Kimberlyann,
I'm 56 and have been running and fighting with myself for years and years. Now I call myself a Bi-gender because I seem to have two different genders inside of my head. I just recently made peace with each side.
My wife hates Jillieann and doesn't trust JR anymore.
So it seems we have something in common.
It good to meet you and I will be looking forward to read more from you.
:) :)

Welcome, Kimberlyann!

I can really relate to "having" to move forward and I hope you're wrong about losing everything.  It wasn't 'til I was 48 that I hit the wall and decided to start making changes even though I still thought I was "just" a CD'er at the time.

I'm happy you found us and I hope I'll be reading more from you in the future.

again, WELCOME ! !  :)

Hi KimberlyAnn,

I think if you can look beyond the immediate future and see yourself at some point all settled down and in a good place, it will make the present seem a little easier. I'm having an emotional slump too, but I think of it as a dark swamp I have to have the patience to cross before I can be in the sunny green fields that I long for.

You should have some solid support here at Susan's.

I wish you the best,

Rebecca
