Went to a party

So I went to a party tonight, dressed as myself for the first time around friends.  Double front underworks binder, white tank over that, button down shirt, khaki cargo shorts and hairy legs.

I have never felt more comfortable in my life.

It's such a relief to be able to be yourself around people.  Even though I've known these friends for years, I've never felt comfortable enough to really just talk and laugh and be close to all of them. 

I should probably come out soon, because then things will be even better.  Yeah, I might lose some friends, but it will be worth it if I can always feel as comfortable in my own skin as I did tonight.  No negatives tonight people.   Just wanted to share something happy.

That's awesome, Lucien!  I can't wait until I get to that point.  If your friends are accepting of you presenting as you are now it sounds promising for when you come out later.  Sounds like you've got some good friends.

yeah no kidding... it's great being able to feel like yourself out amongst friends.. today I was out with a group of them that I'm not out to yet, and some lady came up and started talking about me as he.. and people from the group just kept the he going. LOLZ. Good friends are good friends Luecien.. keep em.
