Probably another thread entirely, but if this could magically happen but to get what we want we give up something such as brain power, how much would we be willing to sacrifice?  If it meant loss of good looks, would we go ahead?  How much unattractiveness would be acceptable?  I have a lot to surrender  but not everyone has that advantage.
I'm going to get in trouble here.  Let's see if any offers surface.

You'll never guess what happened!  I was outside shoveling snow off the roof and this red sleigh lands on it.  But no, it wasn't Santa, rather a very attractive woman dressed in a very pretty Christmas outfit.  I stood there speechless!  She gets out of the sleigh and says, "Here" and hands me this present wrapped in red sparkling paper with a gold ribbon around it and a gold bow on top.  "Merry Christmas!  May all your dreams come true!"  And off she flew into the sky.

So I get down off the roof and go inside.  I look at the present and it seems alive.  Slowly I undo the bow and slide the ribbon off.  Gently I open the box and in it I find a very pretty Christmas outfit, just like the Santa girl was wearing.  I take it out of the box and immediately know I have to try it on!  Anxiously I tear my clothes off and slide the pretty red dress over me.  Then I feel something happening!  The room is spinning.  My knees feel weak.  A warmth comes over me but I'm shaking.  Then a bright flash fills the room and just as quickly as it happened everything is back to normal.  Or so it seems.  I look in the mirror and what do I see?

Seriously, I had a vivid dream last night.  I was in some sort of a gym locker room, in where the showers, sinks and stalls are. I happened to glance in a mirror and saw another person walk  behind me, naked.  It was a woman.  Panicked, I looked at my own reflection in that mirror and with relief noticed that my body, too, was female.

I did my best to continue the dream, but after a little more admiring myself in the mirror,  I woke up.

I hope that's not ALL I get for Christmas this year...

I've often said that what M2F's and F2M's need are simply brain transplants.  It wouldn't bother me if I ended up with a different face.  At least I wouldn't have had to go through years of painful facial hair zapping.

But your way seems even better.  To think of all those years I wasted asking for choo choo trains and the like!
