do we really need a surgery to looks that good..? hormons not enuf?

I don't think FFS is to look GOOD, for most, it's just to look more feminine.

wow izumi u were gorgeous as a women

I look a lot like my mom when she was my age, i think that makes it easier to accept me.  Its like looking at herself.  ^_^, she confused me for my sister once at a distance, but ty for the compliment.  thats very kind, you look pretty damn good too you know.

Izumi, allow me to applaud you on your beauty. You are absolutely stunning.

TY, thats very kind.

I am sure your girl friend is more beautiful the way you talk about her, i am getting older now and would have given anything to relive my 20s which i completely missed.

I wish you both a happy future.

Some surgical options to consider:
Brow Bone reduction - women generally have a smooth rounded forehead.
Top lip.  Women's top lip is generally closer to their nose than men's.
Chin reduction - Women generally have fairly small chins in comparison to men.
Rhinoplasty - a smaller "cuter" nose can make a face look feminine even though natal women can have large noses.  Also the bridge of the nose is typically more narrow on women then men.
Your jaw is wide for a woman but I think you could get away with it.  If you aren't afraid of surgery and have plenty of money then you might consider having your jaw bone reduced but I would put it at a low priority.
Spiegel in Boston is good and he was an autolaryngologist BEFORE he went into cosmetics although his brow work is under fire though it seems to be mostly rumor and one crazy person with photos who is in their 70s.  I've heard Meltzer is good but it can be tough to find his after photos without making a consult with him.  Dr. O's work seems to be slipping but considering his age it's understandable.
Also generally we want to start facial hair removal ASAP.  I'm doing lasar and it's coming out really well though some people doubt lasar's permanency.
Surgery is incredibly expensive.  Make sure you research the HELL out of a surgeon before going under the knife.  Look at TONS of before/after photos and hunt the web for previous clients.  Get into the trans community and find out who went to which surgeons.
I can find no legal action taken against Dr. Spiegel which is a good sign.  I've been researching him for over 2 years.  I think I'm going to him for nose, brow, lip, and sculptra work.
