Wow... just wow... *headdesk*
I don't think she's an intentional troll, I think she's just misunderstanding us (and there's a huge cultural difference).
I know in some places (namely Thailand) the word "Ladyboy" is still very acceptable (My dad goes there often and has told me all about it - it's not an offensive slur there, more of a descriptor).
Don't get me wrong, I'm not excusing the use of the word or the misunderstandings that have occurred here - but on reflection (as disgusted as I am with some of her comments) I think it's more cultural misunderstanding than direct hate-mongering.
To try to explain - it's not about sex. None of this is about sex. It's about being who you are inside.
The "Male to Female" people here are not the same as Ladyboys.
They aren't men in their hearts or their minds. They're just normal women that got the wrong body at birth, and they fixed (or are fixing) it.
I think you need to ask yourself why you want to do whatever it is you want to do. Do you want to look like a "pretty girl" because inside your heart and your mind you really ARE a girl, or is it because of something else?
If you change, what will happen when you are old and no longer "pretty"? Will it have been worth the change? Would you rather be an old man, or an old woman?
Personally, I think if you are a man in your heart and mind, then changing is a really bad idea and you may find yourself regretting it in years to come. But - I'm not here to judge. I'm not going to tell you not to do something - it's your life.
