repressing the urge to post a seriously pissy rant................ >:(
So it is said that if you know your enemies and know yourself, you can win a hundred battles without a single loss.
If you only know yourself, but not your opponent, you may win or may lose.
If you know neither yourself nor your enemy, you will always endanger yourself.

Wow... just wow... *headdesk*

I don't think she's an intentional troll, I think she's just misunderstanding us (and there's a huge cultural difference).

I know in some places (namely Thailand) the word "Ladyboy" is still very acceptable (My dad goes there often and has told me all about it - it's not an offensive slur there, more of a descriptor).

Don't get me wrong, I'm not excusing the use of the word or the misunderstandings that have occurred here - but on reflection (as disgusted as I am with some of her comments) I think it's more cultural misunderstanding than direct hate-mongering.

To try to explain - it's not about sex. None of this is about sex. It's about being who you are inside.

The "Male to Female" people here are not the same as Ladyboys.

They aren't men in their hearts or their minds. They're just normal women that got the wrong body at birth, and they fixed (or are fixing) it.

I think you need to ask yourself why you want to do whatever it is you want to do. Do you want to look like a "pretty girl" because inside your heart and your mind you really ARE a girl, or is it because of something else?

If you change, what will happen when you are old and no longer "pretty"? Will it have been worth the change? Would you rather be an old man, or an old woman?

Personally, I think if you are a man in your heart and mind, then changing is a really bad idea and you may find yourself regretting it in years to come. But - I'm not here to judge. I'm not going to tell you not to do something - it's your life.

Most of us prefer just plain"women".  But because our special circumstances, "Trans women" will do.

I think you all are Misunderstanding her.....
There's so many codes and genres that has been created to the word "Transgender"
That "Ladyboy' and "->-bleeped-<-" are offensive to some people and
what another Transgender individual may identify as.....

I don't know who decided that these words are derogatory
but its pushing T-women away from each other and categorizing them.

...Anyhow Welcome to Susan's clairezoey
There's plenty of information on this site that you may find very useful :)

I guess I'm NOT understanding why she's being called a troll.......

She's Made it clear that shes not here for dating.
She's from Thailand and even through her poor English, she has made it clear that her feelings
of wanting to be a beautiful woman and Interest of making friends with beautiful T-women

That's what this site is for right? Better understanding???

Sorry I have to reply to this.

Please understand that if you ever come in contact with and/or fall in love with a transgender woman, you are most definitely NOT GAY (unless you are a woman yourself). Being gay would mean being attracted to a man if you are a man or a woman if you are a woman. A transgender woman is just that, a woman, most definitely NOT a man.

Also please note: The term "ladyboy" is actually a very rude slang word.

Lastly, it's common courtesy not to call everybody on a forum "ugly" or "not hot enough". Nobody likes to hear that, it just doesn't need to be said, frankly.

clarezoey comes across as a perky individual who uses overly blunt language.

Hopefully this is an accurate assessment.

Hopefully she will stop and think before posting.

I gave her a + rep a few days ago. I really hope I wasn't being too optimistic.
