Things you thought were badass as a child, but now look like a pretty lame idea

My childhood was weird ;D . No superheroes or action shows on TV, but I did have the My Little Pony summoning rituals (which never worked - soo disappointing), and the elaborate Lego supervillain deathtraps. The latter, I've got a soft spot in my heart for. The former? ...still kinda cool that I actually did that, incantations and all :D .

I still can't figure out how I could ever watch Dragonball Z. I hate that show now.

Alfred J Kwak has a special place in my heart. The show was quite mature for its audience, covering subjects as tolerance, apartheid, monarchy, fascism and the environment.

Pokemon was awesome as a child. I definitely got into a fist fight with a kid when I was in 4th grade because he stole one of my cards.

I actually found some of them recently. :) Gave them to the son of a gay guy I know who's like...7. At least the young 'uns still think they're awesome.

POKEMON IS STILL AMAZING! <3

aww... yes. i'm buying the dvds for every child around me^^ that's really something a child shouldn't miss, and sadly many parents don't care for the more clever stuff. maybe they don't want to answer questions ???
