Hey, just wondering, is it possible for changes to happen so fast?  I had a cold maybe 3 weeks ago, where my voice deepened, BUT I had gotten over the cold, and before my shot it was mostly a little bit of phlegm, but the sore throat part of it was over.

Now, my throat is a little sore, I feel kinda coughy, and I was trying to hit some high notes goofing around with my roommate, and when I got to the high notes my voice just cracked and went silent, and it also feels kinda raspy, like when you get a cold.

Also, my muscles ache, my lower back and biceps and my shoulders are aching a bit.

and one last thing, I think my period is due soon, I just know it usually comes at the end of the month, should I expect to get it? Or expect to get it late? or expect it to be different in some way?

and btw, I am in no way complaining about the ache, or sore throat, just wondering if it is a sign for changes to come?

Odd...
The same thing happened to me when I started spiro after a cold. I've had this raspiness and cracking voice for over 3 months now. :(

It's normal. Don't be surprised to have flu like symptoms for a few days after each shot, at least for the first couple of months.

M voice was noticeably different the same day I had my first shot.

I had a sore throat for awhile at first too. As for the period once I had my first shot it never came again. I know each person is different though because some guy's stop right away while one guy was still having them after 9 months on T! :o

As for the aches and pains... yeah. I chalk it up to growing pains (for real). My hands and feet will hurt since they are continuing to grow. I started taking vitamins for joint health and they've helped immensely. You might want to look into that.

seems normal.  i'm at 22 days, and i've currently got occasional croakiness, a stuffy nose, and looots of sleepiness.  also i had started my period around the time of my last shot, and it's been...unusually long.  kind of like my body is trying to permanently purge the ewwy stuff out for good.  ...eww.

Just curious, are you taking any glucosamine chondroitin vitamins for joint pain?  I've heard that helps, but I've debated about taking them myself.

I didnt get a sour throat or any weird feeling in my throat, but alot of guys talk about it. Im pretty sure its normal, they usually describe the feeling like they have something stuck in their throat they cant get out.

Both glucosamine and chondroitin are good supplements for your joints.

Yes, it's Glucosamine Chondroitin plus Joint Lubricants. I was sceptical but tried it anyway. I was told it could take weeks to months to start working so keep taking it. I've noticed it helping alot after 3-4 weeks. So, it's working for me so far. :)
