I just got home from mine...

I am so tired and swollen and sore that ever moment spent moving is horrid.. (and sneezing is like a knife to the gut!)

But I'm so happy to be rid of these parts!
The  safety of being rid of the parts... the reassurance that these, the most feminine of things.. are gone!

Never have to hop up into the gyno chair! Ever again!

Your results may vary!

Full hysto AND vaginectomy.. got rid of it all! Thats what i did, best thing i ever did. In my experience i'm finding that T is fastly more effective once rid of the ovaries.

I'd like the ovaries out, but the uterus can stay as long as it doesn't cause any problems. I don't know how the rest of my organs would react to the sudden empty space, and if the ovaries are gone it's not going to function anyway.

I  am curious how you managed that since your urethra is actually tucked up inside the vagina be a bit. When I asked about it  I was told the risk of bleeding with a vaginectomy was pretty high and that I wouldn't find someone to do  it unless there was a medical need other than GID.

I had urethral hookup via phallo, from what i can remember though in the first stage they removed a 'cuff' of the vagina along with the hysto and phallo, then 2nd stage was vaginectomy and urethral hookup. It's not the norm, i asked specifically to have it removed cause i really didn't want it being there. There is indeed a high risk of bleeding with a vaginectomy though, as well as the risk of bladder and/or bowel perforation. I lost a fair amount of blood but thankfully didn't need a transfusion in the end.

Fair enough. You hadn't mentioned having a phallo nor meta so I mistakenly assumed you did not have either done. My apologies about that.

I'm gonna come back to this...
And there'll be a bit of TMI, so.. read at your own risk.

I had my ovaries, womb, and cervix, all removed.
I still have the bonus hole, and in fact, at this moment, it doesn't really bother me.

One of the weirdest things however.
I get home.
I'm drugged.
I'm hurting like hell.
I'm half unconscious.
And I'm horny.

I mean.
I had a libido pre-T, but when I started T, my libido dropped to "nil".
I can't explain how or why, and in fact, I think it's at least partially psycho-somatic.

I've been "Terrified" of the theoretical possibility that I could get preggers.
I've been Incredibly stressed by the prospect that I would have to get pap smears.
Now those two are gone.

I don't think I realized even how stressing those parts were for me.
My current operational theory is that removing the parts = dropped the stress = relaxed restraint on libido.

And now I'm in a hurry to heal up cause I can't do anything about it yet, cause "everything" is too sore.
