$140USD, 8 days later, and still nothing from Underworks

So about 7 or 8 days ago now (on the 16th of this month) my payment of a total $140USD was cleared through paypal and sent to underworks. I ordered 2 tri top chest binders, and a swim suit...just the shirt only, as well as international express mail

Last time I ordered from underworks, everything was perfect, I got an email from Fed Ex with a tracking number the day after my payment had been cleared. And within 5 days I received what I had bought 

Now Im a little scared  I didnt get the Fed Ex email, and my package did not arrive on the day I estimated (if I had for some reason no gotten an email) it would  Do you think that maybe they are out of stock? And thats why I have to wait so long? Of did everything I buy get lost? What do I do then? Im currently on school holidays, and planned on getting what I paid for during the days I was home.

I've just made an order with them, I never got a FedEX mail either.

That's really weird! I did a similar order a few days ago and I got the fed ex email almost immediately (within a few hours) and it was even delivered ahead of schedule.

I second calling them to see what happened.

Nothing yet either :O Im thinking I shall wait until Tuesday (which should be Monday in America) before I make a call, cause I know itll be expensive as well from across the world Hopefully we get these binders aye!

Hmm... try emailing them first? Not as fast as calling, but it's cheaper and you don't have to take the time difference into account. I know last time I called the US (a few years back), it was crazy expensive.

Weird and slightly concerning. I was just thinking of ordering a few new binders.

I agree, email is the way to go.
I'm in Australia and I wouldn't want to deal with the cost of a call to America.

On the Underworks site, it says...

"We try to stock every size and color for all the items we carry.  If the item you ordered is
not in stock, it would take 7-14 days to ship.  In stock items are shipped within 24 hours
not including holidays and weekends." 

Right now its been 11 days since my order, hmm...maybe they really were out of stock

Well I just recieved a shipping notice from FedEx saying my item has been picked up.
I ordered the 997 (i think that's what it was) the double compression full length binder.
Just basic international mail..

Maybe the tri tops are out of stock.
Did you email them yet?

Yep, Ive emailed them..about 2 days ago now? And still no reply. I think they hate me

Check your spam folder.

If it helps, I heard nothing from them other than the immediate 'we got your order' email until the day before my 997 was delivered.  It took them almost a week to ship and this was just about 6 weeks ago (and I'm in the US, no so international mailing issues to contend with).  I was just about to email them and worry when it showed up.  They definately seem to be a bit behind.

Wooo!  Got an email reply at last. They asked for my customer number and said they will ship immediately upon confirmation  I just hope the international express mail I also paid for will have done me some good! I really need this order before Saturday! Otherwise I will have to fake a sick one on Monday (first day back at school from a 2 week holiday, ahh that will look bad oh well) to sign what I can and receive my package before my parents know anything of it!

Hey harlee I hope this means your order has come in or will be here by the weekend! I bought my first binder on Sunday night and got it today. I didn't get the USPS info until early this morning though, haha. This thread had me worried at first. Your package better come in soon 'cause you've waited soooo long already!

i got mine in less than a week, as i said before, with basic shipping.
so i think they were just out of stock of something you ordered and the express shipping will make it there on time =)

they also sell them on ebay,,,,i had mine within 3 (!!!) days with international express shipping all the way to europe.
