Wonderful New Day

Hi again,

I just had to share the most wonderful day of my life. My therapist asked me to write a goodbye letter to my abusing Dad. (deceased) So I worked on it for the last two days and sent it to her.

This morning I woke up early at 6:00am and had the most wonderful feelings. I BECAME ALIVE! I was bursting from the inside with JOY! I wanted to shout out to the world about my HAPPINESS! I wanted to dance to the Bolero with reckless abandonment! I wanted to sing it out from the bottom of my soul! I wanted to share my tears of JOY with everyone!
 
So this is what HAPPINESS is all about. My cup runneth over! My heart is full of love. LOVE FOR ME!

You just made the hairs on my arms stand on end, Kylie.  Im so happy for you!  I know what its like, too.  A good friend of mine once made me keep a journal of my thoughts.  She didnt know what I would write, but she read it every day, and guided me towards my most problematic thoughts and feelings.  I wont go into what I wrote about, because this is your thread, but lets just say youve reminded me of how I felt then.  You brought back a trully wonderful feeling
