A few questions about metoidioplasty.

I was watching this "small penis competition" online and there were two guys with literally nothing there. Like, it looked practically like a vagina. Then I started wondering a few things about metoidioplasty, because out of phalloplasty and metoidioplasty, I'm leaning more towards metoidioplasty. However, if I look at my timeline for the future, I won't be getting any type of genital surgery for at least 6+ years, which means there's always time for improvement on FtM bottom surgery. As well, by the time I get GRS, there will most likely be a more successful and all-around better version for FtMs.

Regardless, I'm going to ask about metoidioplasty just in case.

1. How big can your penis get if you get metoidioplasty - or does it depend on how much testosterone does to you down there?
2. How real does metoidioplasty look?
3. Can you penetrate after getting metoidioplasty or would it be too small?
4. Can you pee standing up if you get metoidioplasty?

1. how big it is depends on how much growth you get down there.
2. Check out transbucket.com you can see pictures of results from the surgery.
3. Again it depends on the growth you've gotten. But it can naturally achieve an erection unlike with phallo.
4. If you get the urethral hookup (they extend the urethra so it goes through the penis) then yes you can pee standing up.

I've been very curious/intrigued about the Centurion as well but I don't know anyone who's had that procedure.

Hey, I know this is old, but I've been thinking about metoidioplasty lately and I'm trying to figure some stuff out and the internet just isn't cooperating.  So I think I might want metoidioplasty with urethral hook up, but without scrotoplasty or vaginectomy or any of that.  But what I'm wondering is what happens to the vagina?  I read something hinting it gets smaller, but does anyone know more about this?

Size does depend on your growth down there.  Penis will be a bit shorter than what it looks like pre-op.

Looks real, though sits a bit lower than ideal, balls sit higher.  We are our own worst critics when it comes to looks.  You can find pics on the doc's website and surgery groups online, and transbucket.

Most likely too small to penetrate, possibly just barely penetrate.

I can pee through my fly, though it takes practice and I've been too lazy to keep practicing.  Kind of like using an STP, there is a learning curve so you don't pee your pants.  I'm pretty good at it but there are those times...thankfully I was at home when i missed.  Oops.

Do I wish it were bigger?  Yes.  But I love the fact that it is me, has sensation, and otherwise functions like a penis, even if it is kid sized.
