Report Says Transgender Victims were Targeted

An advocacy group for transgender people says seven people from D.C. who've been killed since 1995 were targeted because they did not conform to gender norms.

The cases in D.C. deaths are part of a report by the Gender Public Advocacy Coalition in Washington on the deaths of 50 transgender people across the country.
