Mom or Dad?

For those on T, or anyone who might have an idea, I was wondering if you might have noticed that after being on T for some time you started to resemble the other parent? For instance, in my family the guys take after their mom (and her side of the family) more and the girls take after their dad (and his side of thefamily). And a lot of people I know have similar or vice versa pattern in their family. So since I take after my dad and his features, after T would I start to resemble my mom more? Or is there no change?

Hopefully this makes sense lol just something I've been thinking about

I looked in the mirror after cutting my hair and thought I looked like a younger version of my dad. XD  I'm sure T will just make me look more like him, minus the nose (I'm hoping--I don't want his nose. xD)

Yea I resemble my dad greatly, like every feature I have is an image of his. And neither of my parents are bad looking, I just wonder if it'll change, balance out, or stay the same

Yes I totally noticed this and I didn't expect it. I've been on T for over 6 months and I look sooooooo much more like my mom. I used to look more like my dad and not my mom but now my mom could never deny I'm her child.

I hope I don't look like my mom...though it might be kind of neat because she's very delicate boned and looking like her would help in the appearance I want....though to look like her my hair would have to turn dirty blonde and my eyes would have to turn hazel. xD

I look like my mom and my sister looks like my dad. Hmm, maybe what you say is really accurate, even for trans folk? Ha! We'll see if anything changes once I get on T. (Which today I raised enough money for ;w; Counting down til next thursday)

My mom always tells me I look like my dad and a lot of other people do too. I don't know which one I'd rather look like personally. Probably my dad...maybe.

@Morgan: that's awesome t news, I probably won't be seeing T until december when my insurance kicks in, then I hope to get my Top surgery letter by feb or march, I have a strategy lol

@Tad: I'm sorry bro, but atleast you know your parents looked good, had a good looking kid I'm sure they'd be proud of

Nothing wrong with looking like your dad. Lol. That'll make you more masculine looking, which is always good.

@Devyn: I already look so much like him, I probably will just end up looking more like him. But you're right, nothing wrong with it, he's not a bad looking guy. And thanks lol its getting longer already, I gotta decide what to do with it

It's ridiculous how much I look like my dad. If you were to look at our baby pictures, if I weren't wearing a dress in mine you could easily mix us up. I'm hoping that once I get on T I start looking even more like him, because he's pretty much the spitting image of "manly man".
