Transgender woman alleges rape in Fort Myers lawsuit against NFL cornerback Eric Green

http://www.naplesnews.com/news/2010/oct/13/transgender-woman-sodomize-eric-green-nfl-lawsuit/FORT MYERS — A 38-year-old New York transgender resident sued NFL cornerback Eric Green in Fort Myers today, seeking $10 million and alleging he forcibly sodomized her in his Arizona condo last year.
Angelina Mavilia filed the lawsuit in U.S. District Court, Fort Myers, alleging she'd met Green at a casino in Scottsdale, Arizona, and they had dinner on Jan. 24, 2009, and went to his Scottsdale condo so he could "telephone his dealer, get some marijuana and get high."
At the time, Green was with the Arizona Cardinals. He was hired to play for the Miami Dolphins in March 2009 but released in August 2009 before the season began.
