When the, ehem,  donor erectile tissue becomes engorged with blood?
I had been on hormones for 20 years and really never had an erection. Now with out the progesterone, it seems an almost constant thing. (Can be quite irritating).

What do girls call it when it happens?

Thank the gods it does not happen anymore.

Yeah. Morning wood when it happens when you wake up.

Annoying at any time. Bit like a dog that you never wanted, but needs routine attention. You can ignore it but it'll only come back later. Worst bit is when you really need a pee at the same time.

Though I'm not on any sort of treatment, as such, it happens a lot less in recent years. Perhaps my dog has started to realise that he's not as cute and wanted as he thought.

I'm assuming you mean post-op, which is now the same as any woman experiences- I guess you could call it 'tumescent' or simply 'aroused' ;D It is kind of a nice feeling when it happens now actually because we don't have all that baggage that goes with it (and we can still pee lol) ^-^

So you're saying that lack of progesterone is causing it more for you? That seems just the opposite of how I understood that to work. Some progesterone metabolizes into testosterone which tends to increase libido, though I haven't noticed that effect especially yet. I only added P 3 weeks ago so maybe it's still building up.  ???
Girls rule, boys drool.

progesterone is a testosterone supressant, or so I believed.
Its a sensation I had hardly felt for years.
Often when I walk. Weird....
