Does anyone have a good solution for binding when it's hot? It's not even Summer yet and I'm getting heat rash on my chest from wearing my underworks binder.  :(

Baby powder under the binder works wonders :)

Wear a cotton beater under your binder to absorb the sweat and keep the binder from rubbing. Orr if it is super hot wear an underarmor heat gear shirt underneath.
Call me a cheat but I make my own fate.

I do wear a singlet under my binder, I guess I'll have to look into a heat gear shirt :/

I'd say take it off when you sleep to air it out and give your skin a chance to breathe, and stay in air conditioned places when you can.

i dont know if it helps, but i wear this binder when it's warm because it's short, super thin and breathable and still binds really really well:

just throwing it in since it'll probably work better than buying a heat gear shirt
