Does anyone have a good solution for binding when it's hot? It's not even Summer yet and I'm getting heat rash on my chest from wearing my underworks binder. 

Baby powder under the binder works wonders

Wear a cotton beater under your binder to absorb the sweat and keep the binder from rubbing. Orr if it is super hot wear an underarmor heat gear shirt underneath.

I do wear a singlet under my binder, I guess I'll have to look into a heat gear shirt :/

I'd say take it off when you sleep to air it out and give your skin a chance to breathe, and stay in air conditioned places when you can.

i dont know if it helps, but i wear this binder when it's warm because it's short, super thin and breathable and still binds really really well:

just throwing it in since it'll probably work better than buying a heat gear shirt
