I got a small packy from Early to bed about a year ago & I still have yet to be able to really wear it. I know this topic has been done before but none of the things listed that I have tried have worked. Since all the threads on it were old I'm starting a new one.

I've tried boxer briefs a size smaller and I've even tried briefs a size & two sizes smaller. None of it seems to work! It slides out of place or falls out within minutes of walking or it re-adjusts itself and suddenly I look like I'm trying to hide an elephant in my pants! I'm looking into getting the Andrew Christian briefs with the pocket or something similar when I can afford it but does anyone have suggestions in the meantime? The 5 minutes it worked the dysphoria lessened so greatly so I really want to be able to wear it.

Last time we talked about this issue ... someeone posted a site that makes underwear with the pocket already sewn into the underwear ... I want to buy some of those!

I found it uncomfortable to wear it against bare skin myself, as it got sticky and didn't stay still, so I slipped mine into an old sock from my daughter that fit it like a glove.
Seemed to to the trick.

My method is kind of complicated and requires pretty much ruining underwear and can be annoying sometimes but works better than anything I have tried. I also don't have to worry about buying sizes too small or anything.

I take a pair of briefs and where the fly in the front is(where the 2 pieces of material overlap) and cut a hole in the front piece of cloth(the one all the way on the outside) Then I stick the shaft of the packer through the hole and keep the balls in that front fly part. That way it isn't touching my skin and there is no chance of it falling out or twisting around. I wear boxer briefs over this but I imagine you could wear anything over it. boxers, another pair of briefs, or nothing if that is your style.

It is pretty much a harness made out of a pair of underwear. Hope that helps.
Call me a cheat but I make my own fate.

What size packy did you get?  I found the 3.5 stayed put better than the 5.5.  I also wore tight fitting briefs.  Not saying it never moved, but most of the time it stayed put. Corn starch for stickiness.

http://www.tranzwear.net/ <<< check out that site; they make briefs, boxers, and boxer-briefs specifically for the transman. They come equipped with pockets for your packer. Good luck!

Even with starch, the stickyness comes back after a little while for me, hence the sock.

Wow thanks for all the options guys :)

Miniar: I like the idea of the sock and some safety pins to keep the sock in place

Rob: I think that site they suggested in the thread your referring to is the one that Kilo put on here

Jay: I guess I was wrong, I have the 5.5" which is a medium on their sizing. I was afraid to get the 3.5" at the time because in the pictures it looked like it didn't bend at all.

Carson: That's an awesome idea. I'll try that if I can find a pair of boxers like that

Kilo: I took a look at the site. Thanks for the link! I'll probably consider theirs before anything else.

Michael, I had the same problem with the 5.5, primarily because the balls are so flat, that it was hard to position it so it wouldn't move around.
