This is a really weird feeling, but I quit my job four-five days ago or so.... and I don't need the money exactly right now so it was just to have a part time job so it's not that huge of a deal.
But this is what happened.
1) Arrived to work; worked hard by the 3rd month I was the employee of the month and people were loving me.
2) 3rd-7th month marked a peak, were I could do no wrong.
3) Then I was losing popularity by the 7th month, and people were tired of saying of how great I was. It was odd but I had comments that I was amazing everyday almost till the 7th month.
7-12th month I just worked, and remain steadily good
4) Then by the 12 month, I had a come-back, and was promoted to another position.
- were I made a whole new group of friends.... and I had comments on my good work ... and the ones in my 1st department were saying I was lucky to move up.
5) Then by the 13th month they cut my hours drastically
6) By the 14th month they demoted me because I couldn't work the hours they wanted me too, and were going to replace someone else in position
- I quit here.
