Just watched program about English girls getting boob jobs in hope of getting jobs in holiday resorts. Both had A/AAs and one went up 2 sizes and other three.
They were very happy to see the implants showed as a semicircle on top of the cleavage which seemed a bit weird to me but apparently its considered important in their age group.
