Like I explained in another post I need to wait (at least) 6 months before I get any profesional help.
At the moment I doing the best I can to get ride of my overweight, currently doing about 1 kg per week, trying to get it up to 1.5 kg (more is not healthy, not sustainable, etc).
I was wondering: Does anyone here have any suggestions on how to develop more feminine shoulders, legs, feet, arms, hands (without HRT)?
