What to do while waiting 6 months for professional help?

Like I explained in another post I need to wait (at least) 6 months before I get any profesional help.

At the moment I doing the best I can to get ride of my overweight, currently doing about 1 kg per week, trying to get it up to 1.5 kg (more is not healthy, not sustainable, etc).

I was wondering: Does anyone here have any suggestions on how to develop more feminine shoulders, legs, feet, arms, hands (without HRT)?

general weightloss will make a big difference as will abandoning any heavy work which will work the muscles and the tendons snd th cartilage between the bones...become a lady of leisure and recline on a pile of silken cushions all day  LOL
but don't have nice guys feeding you turkish delight.
just walking up and down stair on tiptoes will reshape the feet, ankles and legs.

Keep epilating and eventually the hair will get finer and finer and many of them will simply give up and stop growing.

It sounds like your wrist and above knee measurements are about like mine.

My wrists are 6" around, and around the thigh above the knee are 14.75"
I have been doing a lot of jogging lately, so my waist has gone from a 32" to a 28" around now. 

I have also been eating healthy but eating a lot of fatty foods too.  I have a bigger bum and upper thighs than I should, considering I'm pre hrt.

I'm 5"4 and 150lbs or so, but still pretty slendar.  Its because although my bones are fine, they are also incredibly dense.  I consume way too much dairy growing up, so that's where my grwth plates under my knees came from.  I really wish they weren't there!

I am never hungry. Because it is not a 'diet' - in the sense of something special to make me lose weight - I can keep this up forever so the weight should stay off and I will stay nice and feminine.

I can eat what I want within reason, but have to jog lots to keep the weight in check. 

Also, I have no idea what my waist to hip ratio is, but it needs improvement and I have no boobies to speak of! 

I want those hormones, now!  Lol

Totally true, i did the same thing.. smaller plate, cut down pop, chips.. added fruit juices and vegetables... im down from about 14 stone to 10 and 3/4. I still want to lose more. I also have like 6" wrists, 38" hip, 36" chest...shame I'm still fat with a 34" waist with a face like troll.
But the weight loss advice is bang on :)
