I realize it's a biological thing.  ::) I know NO guys who are constantly cold.

But,how do you deal with it?

Top is easy. Layers, sweater. A pair of jeans doesn't cut it though. Wind cuts right through, and I'm freezing. Sweatpants are worse.

Before, I'd just layer more. usually a denim skirt too, or something like that. Point being more fabric covering legs. Does not work now, obvious reasons :P

Any suggestions?
(obviously not on T =\ In highschool, so is not an option)

I wear those socks that come up to my knees and jeans.  Sometimes I'll put another pair of socks on because my feet get cold all of the time.  I also have boots that are faux-fur lined to wear. XD  They make my feet happy.  You could try a pair of longjohn's (I think that that's what they're called).

Thermal underwear, won't add much bulk and will help keep you toasty warm.

/is dumb
where do you get that?
(thermals, not knee socks. I have those still ^.^)

probably any sort of outdoor supplies store since you normally wear those when camping and stuff.

I know how you feel, i was always known as the person with cold hands.

- Looser jeans of sturdier fabric (never those tight stretch jeans or skinny jeans)
- Knit boxers or long boxer briefs
- A long jacket or coat
- Thermals/long johns (from the underwear sextion at Wal-Mart/K-Mart/Target in winter or an outdoor supply store in summer)
- If long johns are too bulky and you can stand wearing an article of women's clothes where nobody will see it, a pair of nylons or tights will help
- If that's out of the question, athletic compression shorts.

Thermals are great. Camping and outdoor clothing stores will have them.

You could invest in some fingerless gloves too.

I have the same problem, but I find it much easier to dress warmly in guy clothes than in girl clothes.  Guy clothes are loose-fitting so you can layer under them.  They also cover more of your body so it's not obvious what layers you're wearing, nor do extra layers look weird if they do show up.

I wear long underwear (thermals), top and bottom.  They're available at camping supply and outdoor stores and online catalogues.  There's a lot to choose from.  They come in different levels of insulation as well as different styles and colors.  So you can get a variety of them and not feel like you're wearing the same thing every day.  Some even look enough like "normal clothes" that you can wear them as outer layers (the shirts, that is).

Here are some examples:

Wearing a hat also helps.  And extra warm socks (also can be found at outdoor stores).

When you say that you are constantly cold, what do you mean? Twelve months out of the year? Where do you live?

My ex has a terrible time staying warm, but not in the summer. And there are a couple of "older guys" in my men's group who are usually cold, even in moderate weather. They only warm up in the summer.

If you don't live in the Antarctic and you have trouble staying warm in the summer, then maybe you should get checked out by a doctor.

Well...summers can actually be worse than winters, if you live in a warm place, because all the perpetually-hot people like to crank up the A/C and keep buildings at 60 degrees (the same buildings they're perfectly happy to keep at 70 in the winter).

I actually tend to dress warmer for work or school or shopping in the summer than I do in the winter - in the winter I'll wear normal indoor clothes, sometimes even short sleeves, and then throw a coat or jacket over top, but in summer I'll wear long sleeves and sweaters and stuff if I plan to spend any time inside.

Er.. 9-10 months a year. I know i need to be checked out, but that won't ever happen while i'm still living at home.

Well, my ex has always had a problem staying warm, and I've known him since he was twenty-two. But he's always been skinny--hardly any body fat, and not much muscle mass.

Same here.  I have lower body temperature in my legs, though, so it's like I take the heat in and then almost instantly lose it--I can go longer in warm clothes in the summer than anyone in my family.  I just cannot stay warm for the life of me.  Currently it's 72 degrees in my apartment and I'm covered in two blankets, wearing jeans, have socks, and my dog is laying on my lap and I'm still cold as hell.

It could be up to the individual person.

Oh!  If you can afford it, those hand-warmer things that hunter's use are really really awesome.  You can get ones for your shoes or to stick in your pants pockets or anything really.

Actually not all biologic males are warm all the time. My dad and his brother are cold - unless it's the middle of summer. I think it can have a lot to do with genetics and how your circulatory system is.

I'm cold if it's cold out and I'm just sitting around. If I start moving or participating in an activity (for instance, we were putting out xmas lights - I was freezing when we went out, and hot by the time we got done).

I think everyone else already had good tips- mostly layer your clothing. Or if possibly, just stay more active in the colder months.

Old navy has lined jeans.

I'm not always cold. Right now its 32 out wind chill 24 F and I'm fine with just jeans and a t under a sweater. If its really cold I will wear a coat, but take it off after the car warm up. I like the cold though. I hate being hot. I am one of those people with the 60° house in the summer. My Grandma is even worse, shes actually made the AC unit in the attic frost over and get icey. I didn't even know it was possible. I have one teacher who is a guy and he wears a jacket and scarf indoors because he gets cold easy.

I think it has to do with where you grew up. Late last winter/early spring me and a coworker were talking about it being 60 and that it was starting to get hot, another lady born and raised in FL thought 60 was cold.

Could be that you have poor circulation. My feet and hands are always freezing, and it's probably due to poor circulation. There are a lot of ways to increase circulations, probably the best way is aerobic exercise.

You might try REI, or some store like World of Work that sells clothing designed to help regulate temperature.  People like cotton, but in a lot of ways its not the most awesome fabric, particularly when compared with some of the material that the clothing at REI works with.

My ex swears by his silk undergarments--long underwear, long-sleeved undershirt, and a sort of undersock.

I have these great long sleeve shirts from REI (tight, like a t-shirt) that are very warm, but will also wick moisture away so you don't get damp when you sweat.  That's the problem with the flannel lined jeans, as soon as you're warm enough to sweat they get real clammy very fast.  So that expedition stuff works like a miracle (well Gore-Tex is a real miracle I think), particularly if you have to do physical work in the stuff.
