Sianna

Hi there.

I'm reading this board for some weeks now and decided to introduce myself. I'm 26 and i am a transgender girl. I knew that for a long time and over the last 6 years or so i took first steps to transitioning, mostly counseling. I needed some time to figure myself out, probably more time then most. And i had some family issues, which weren't very helpful. I hope to begin hormone therapy in the beginning of the new year. My life is getting more and more interesting and exciting every day an this forum already helped me to extend my horizon.

I'm not a native english speaker, so my english might be a bit rugged (i don't even know if that's the right word!). I am so out of practice... I live in Germany, where i study at university.

Love,
Alexandra

But remember we are family here, your family now. And it is always nice to have another member. :icon_hug:

And be sure to check out these links ( MUST READS )

You English is fine.  Rugged is a good word to describe something that is not smooth, which you seem to think your English is.  No Worries, you are doing fine.

Hugs and Love,
Janet

Welcome and feel comforted by the fact that you are not the only German speaking person nor the only person without English as their native tongue. We can usually figure out what was meant when you make a good effort at it.
