Marc Jacobs, follower? After Givenchy was showered with adoration for featuring designer Riccardo Tisci's trans muse Lea T. (now a burgeoning model in her own right) in a print ad, Jacobs is turning to fellow gender non-conforming model Andrej Pejic for his 2011 Marc By Marc Jacobs campaign.

Pejic, a Serb with long blonde hair and a nonexistent waist, already popped up in a Jean Paul Gaultier campaign, and has an "extreme androgynous look" that is "causing a frenzy among designers and editors." OK! They're calling this breed of models "femiman"; one report calls Pejic transgender, and though I haven't seen him self-identify as such, he's definitely "trans" in the gender-defying sense of the word.
