Ladies and Gentlemen, I come before you as a woman living in stealth — or not — depending upon your definition of the term. You see stealth, like every term associated within the transsexual and transgender communities, seems to be ever changing yet still manages to ignite passions on both sides of the position. Are you stealth or Out? ... TS or TG? ... Non-op or Gender Binary? ... Coke or Pepsi?

To some, stealth is an evil term synonymous with hiding, embarrassment, and shame. To others, it denotes a complete absence from one's life of anyone with personal knowledge of their gender history.
