You should get yourself some STRONG flex cables (like Nike heavy duty) in somewhere like Modells, one of those new Power Gym doorway pull up bars are great too. You can use them on the floor for great push-ups as well as on the door for chin ups.
A  couple of dumb bells with extra weights too. My friend has one of those systems that attach to the door for full body workouts which at around $100 would substitute quite well for all of the aforementioned if you have a door to attach it to..it is called Body By Jake Tower 200...I am sure you can google it!

Thanks the Tower 200 thing seems pretty cool. I was working out a lot this summer, but was more focused on loosing weight than gaining muscle. I got one of those pull up bars and I do have dumbbells, but only up to 30lbs.

I don't usually recommend these gadgets but I have to say that the Tower is good. The cables are strong and you can do a lot on them.
30 lbs is a good enough start for arms at least...just really slow down the movement so you can feel it. The muscle can't SEE the weight you are using it is only your ego that does that...the muscle FEELS the weight....

I will have to take a look at that diet and see what my thoughts are. The only problem with being on such restricted carbs is that it can slow down your thyroid over time. Having one day a week where you increase your carbs will prevent that and keep your metabolism kicking.....

I would be interested to know your thoughts on it.  Yes as you say there are 'carb loading' days when you eat a large amount of carbs usually over the weekend to keep your metabolism on track.  Excellent news is that I have already lost some body fat on it with my weight work.  I'm now down to 20% body fat and I am hoping once I get to about 10 - 15% my breasts will also be much smaller.

I checked it out...it's pretty good. On this kind of diet you really only need one carb day though, more than that takes you out of ketosis and you essentially spend the next few days bringing your body back to that fat burning place.
I carry about 6% bodyfat at 5' 2" and 118lbs pretty much year round. Your breasts will be smaller though unfortunately they do not disappear...now if onlythat would happen...lol!!!
