One of the most 'Kick Butt' stuffed chicken breasts I've ever made *Drools* and a 'So-So' rice and green beans in a mushroom sauce  :P

Campbell's Chunky baked potato with steak and cheese soup  :)  Pretty tasty, it's kinda like a bowl of cheese fondue with cubes of meat and potatoes in it  :D

Vegan bread with vegan ham. ;D Wanted some lettuce with it, as well, but buying a whole head of it and chopping it at work isn't really something I'm used to doing. :D

Typical Boxing Day lunch.  Turkey , cheese and tomato sandwiches, followed by Christmas pudding and custard.
Dinner will be a ham, cheese, onion and tomato omelette.  Probably with leftover cranberry sauce. :laugh:

Recipes, I need recipes! I've bought the Trader Joe's (Trader Ming's, actually) prepackaged orange chicken and I was pretty good. But, I'd prefer to make it from scratch. How did you do yours?
