Sketti, the sauce I made is pretty good, but still missing something...

I'll figure it out later.

Grilled cheese sandwich with bbq sauce, and a cider to go with it.

No, not real great at having recipes turn out well. I do better just playing around until I get the flavour of something right.

Fired up the new gas BBQ and did a couple of snags (sausages). All worked well, ready for friends Birthday BBQ on Easter Sunday.  :)

Karen.

You put me in the barbecue mood.

I grilled a whole, cut up chicken and a tri-tip beef roast over red oak charcoal.
Santa Maria style.  It was the first warm spring day, so I said to myself, "Why not?"

Snuck out and grabbed some take-out. Broccoli in garlic sauce, and I'm absolutely gonna be a fat kid and eat /all/ this steamed rice ;D Maybe not all the broccoli, though... there's a lot.

This is something I just made:
I put a little butter, cinnamon and sugar in a frying pan, cooked a soft tortilla in it, filled it with nutella, bananas and strawberries, rolled it up and cooked it until slightly crisp. Delicious!

Salad with Fish ( Flake or Gummy Shark) in Peri Peri Sauce done in an oven bag.  Came out very juicy with no evaporation, and great flavour.

I will be getting some more of the bags.  If I hadn't already bought the fish, the sauce would have been included free.
