I'm guessing a breaded cod fish fried in a pan

Tonight was Fettucine Marinara.  I used a Scallopini Sauce instead of Carbonara and it tasted much better.

Tomorrow will be leftover burgers from Sunday's BBQ for a friend's Birthday.  I have over a dozen cooked,in the freezer.   I think every second day at most will be enough. :-\

I learned today that fast food fish is usually Alaskan pollock. I'm not sure what else to do with that info so everybody consider yourselves edified. You're welcome. :D

Left over cold pizza. It's horrid and the cheese is all congealed, but I'm hungry and don't have the energy to undertake the herculean effort of re-heating it.

Can't eat. Head's broken. When the smoke alarms were going off and the firemen were here I wanted to walk with my kid down to the 24hr jack in the box and get french fries, but she's out of shape and we don't have a lot of money and I don't even really want to know what their clientele looks like at 11:30 on a saturday. :P

Today I had lunch at a Greek Restaurant I have not tried before, and it was great.  I had Mousakka, and a Greek red wine.  Both were absolutely first class.  I have not really enjoyed Greek food much, as it has been a bit uninteresting, but I think I have just found a new Favourite Restaurant.  :)
