question about binding

so I have a question. How come I live in Croatia I can't easily buy a binder. So, can you suggest me some other ways of safe binding that worked for you?

I currently use a sports bra that is one size too small (not one cup size. I mean I wear 30A instead of 32A), and then use ace bandages. Get a really long roll of ace bandages for a better effect. =] It can be dangerous if you wear them for too long or get them too tight. And wearing the sports bra that's too small probably isn't a very good idea. lol For me, it doesn't really hurt. But that's because when I first started doing it I wore them for 8 hours at a time, so tight that my ribs would hurt and I could barely breathe. I don't suggest wearing them too tight.

Underworks won't ship to you? Well, speaking from experience I can only suggest what not to use. Tape and Ace. It's painful, bruises you, and can be dangerous. I've heard of guys using control top pantyhose or bicycle shorts and just cutting a spot for the head. Don't know how effective it is though sorry.

actually i did that a long time, and still do it when i wanna bind, but not wear an actual binder. it's quite comfortable and works fine enough for me, when i don't wear something to tight over it. i found the hole to be uncomfirtable, so i cut of the whole top area and attached straps. then i just wear it over some sportsbra-thingy.
