a tape measure

Sorry for the double post, but I'm completely lost on this one.  Would someone please explain to me why you'd need to carry around a tape measure?
Oh I'm a lucky man to count on both hands the ones I love

A blah blog

My wife always carries a tape measure or two. And it's a good thing. We always have a laugh over it. She has a hard time judging size and space. It's so cute, when she sees a 10 foot wide entertainment center and suggests it could go on a wall that is no more than 5 feet.  :)

Roxy;
My wife is the same way (sorry Patsy). thank God for measuring tapes or I'd be cutting holes in the wall.
Hugs as always.

My SO is the exact opposite, I am usually on key when I see something that I like, and I know where I would like it to live in our house. He always argues up, down, and sideways that there is NO way it will ever fit anywhere in our house. So, I force him to buy it under the condition that if it doesn't fit it can go back to the store. We never take anything back.  :P

I do (usually) accept my victory quietly and graciously. Sometimes I will poke fun though, as we are going to sleep I will say, "Babe, doesn't that new dresser look [g]great[/i] against that wall?" He usually just grunts and rolls over. Hahahahaha
