I read the entire brief. It is very interesting in how she constructed her argument. Of course not being a lawyer, I might find myself convinced by anyone's writing. It seemed that she has done some significant research and assemblage of facts though. Especially where she draws the example of animus within government and it's inception of the ADA amendments in question.  I have a question or two for anyone who might know, though. The copy right on this piece is dated 2002. Has she not brought this forth yet as an action? Does she intend to? Or, is it something that she has only written for conjecture and begin a thinking process?

Hey. I'm honestly not sure whether the copyright is actually from 2002 or whether that was just a default, but I found it quoted as a recent piece when I was finding news articles. I will try and find out for you :) I think it may have just been a research piece but it's useful. I'm not sure whether she has implemented her findings.
