Are there US surgeons who will operate on a 17-year-old with parental consent?

I want to know what Tholen's prices are.  All the results I looked at on transbucket were $8000 or more that is around 2000 more than Garramone.

Interesting .. the guys I know here who have gone to him have said he is under $5000...
