I really wanna hit something/someone. I get so angry sometimes. I Just want to hit and be mean to things. If only I had a mannequin...

That's a good way to break your hand, punch a pillow instead.  If you have to punch anything.
Nameless here for evermore!;  Merely this, and nothing more;
Tis the wind and nothing more!;  Quoth the Raven, "Nevermore!!"

Well, punching a pillow isn't satisfying.

Word. I've had a couple of boxer's breaks and they're not fun  :(

Hitting anything isn't really an effective method of coping with anger because what happens if you that have the thing that you hit and only have another person or an animal?  (At least that's the line I've seen psychologists use.)

I recommend running and/or swimming.

But someones stomach or face wouldn't break my hand.

Faces quite often break hands actually, hence the term "boxer's break".
Faces have skulls under them, which are made of bone  :)

Get one of those stupid clowns with the sand in them that don't stay down.

I feel like that sometimes.

A number of years ago, I joined a Karate club. There, I learnt to channel energy to create power.

And a plus is, that, once it's released, I feel both exhausted and a short high.

i tend to have those thoughts a lot lately too, it just seems people need to be accountable for their ->-bleeped-<- and a punch in the face definitely sends the message loud and clear. :P

It tends to get you in more trouble then send an acceptable message.

This is probably much better advice than my clown or even a pillow. You get to be active and work out feelings without hurting anyone.
