(FOR THOSE ON T ONLY) a question for guys who didnt start off being hairy.

it seems a lot of FTM's start off pretty hairy even pre T, for me I wasnt that hairy at all.  I had light blonde leg hair, hardly any pitt hair, regular pubes, just, hardly any hair.

anyway, im about 4 and a half months on T, im getting a little bit more, hair, my leg hair is now a darker blonde and there is more of it, all of the places that never had hair before, now have blonde hair, and im slightly getting a happy trail.

But I really really want more hair, im kinda jealous of the guys who are pre T and have more hair then me, but anyway, for you guys who also, weren't very hairy, how long into hormones until you got a decent amount of visible hair?

i dont wanna be a bear, and i doubt i ever could be, but i wanna be able to see my body hair without a magnifying glass!

i first noticed arm and leg hair coming in stronger around month 5, chest hair about month 8, sparse mustache hair about 4-5 months, decent chin hair month 12

definitely man. a lot of people on this site talk about how quickly changes come and stuff like that but the reality is it's different for everyone, some times it takes ages for changes to happen. it's that whole 'hurry up and wait' thing thats hard to deal with. Most of my friends (personal, not the ones online) saw a few changes at first but didn't experience the biggest ones until they hit a year-year and half.

Well I started T about when you did and I notice as much as you do- slightly thicker hair and such. Mostly on my legs but that's just my genetics.

I wasn't hairy at all before T - My hair was so fine and light people used to think I shaved my arms. My legs were first, just like you are describing, first they were darker then there was extra peach fuzz then more hair started coming in - funny enough I only have hair on the shins and insides of the calves, not sure if it is how my pants rub or what but I have hardly any growth on the outsides of my legs.

My happy trail started around 6 months and it is respectable, but no where near what I hope it will be. And My tummy is darkening up. If I look in the mirror it does not stand out, but when I look down the hair is all very apparent.

My facial hair seems to be coming a few hairs at a time, but is coming. A few of my friends were worried I wouldn't even be able to grow facial hair, but so far it is fighting it's way through.

And like Logan said, everyone is different I have 2 guys I am real close to - one has been on T for 3 years and the facial hair is just starting . The other has been on it about 10 months and has a full beard!

I had almost no body hair at all, pre-T. My arms were practically bald (the few fine tiny hairs were blond) as were my legs, barely any pit hair, etc. I started to get arm hair at the 4 month mark, that's also when I started to get some dark peach fuzz on my stomach. My leg hair is growing in a little now, it's rather fine but dark enough to kind of be seen, although there's still nothing from mid shin on down.

Ironically, at this point I seem to have the same amount of body hair as an average woman does (at least, before they shave/epilate), but it's 100% more than what I had before, so I'm happy. Even if I don't get more body hair than this I'm fine with it, some is better than nothing.

Like the majority of you I didn't have that much body hair pre-T.  The air on my arms was very light and the hair on my legs was a light brown but I could go without shaving easily for a day or two.

Now, 9 months later, the hair on my arms is a dark brown and their is a large amount of hair on my legs.  I really love my hairy legs so much.  I do have a bit of a treasure trail going on and armpit arm.  Honestly I keep both of those to a minimum by shaving them.  It's just personal preference on my part.

I don't suspect I will get any chest hair or if I do it will be minimal.  My father does not have any hair on his chest or his back so I assume I won't have any either.  How much you grow all has to do with genetics in the end.  I'm fine with that even though I wouldn't mind a little bit of covering on my chest.

Personally I find body hair on a man very sexy.  It's so masculine and I enjoy that.  My partner thinks the opposite and shaves himself completely even down to his arm hair.  I really wish he wouldn't but of course I can't make that choice for him.

I agree! I mean, I dont like total bears, but my boyfriend has a lot of arm and leg hair, and some stomach hair and I think its sexy
