I was  having coffee with a friend who is the head librarian in our village. I spend a lot of time there.  I asked her if, once I started transition and was dressed and in makeup, if I could volunteer for a day at the library. She looked at me  with a puzzled expression and said "Of course! Your one of us!" I almost broke down right there in the coffee shop. Made me so happy. smiles

Such a wonderful story, its good to here them and if you transition there will be many more.  There are people out there who will accept you whether they know or don't know.

Go for it, you will be pleasantly surprised.   Take care and all the best for the future.

To be accepted is the best gift one can give a transwoman. I just wish more people were willing to give it.
