i was doing so good!! Really I was.. up until last night....anyways,,,,I was so starving last night that I made breakfast at like 9-10pm...so I was going to just skip breakfast today....i am limiting (trying to limit)my calories to 800-900, which really isnt that much food...so I get up today at 7:30,,,,,do some things around the pad, was able to skip breakfast, laid out in the sun (i went to a park cuz this isn't a place I can lay out, read my post, "living in gang neighborhood")and then at 3:30 on my way back home I bought a small order of fries from mcdonalds, I ate half and gave half away,,,then I get home and I grated up a small potatoe and made sdome hashbrowns, not to mention i ate a SMALL THING  of activa...drank a liter of water, a can oof sprite........................there goes my diet out the window....................now i want to eat everything in my house......ive never done this before but do you think that i would be ok if i were to make myself get rid of it so to speak,,,I mean only on days like today when I have eaten too much

Hehe, i told you, your current diet make no sence, you should never feel starving no matter what, just avoid some obivious thing, like, eating an abusive ammount of bread, i heard drinking alot of water help too, not only beacause it does not add to the calories (unlike liquor witch are made at 50% of suggar... 49% of chemical ) but i also heard it kinda help the digestion in some way that help on preventing weight gain (obiviously this is FAR from a miracle trick, but i guess it kind of help) and you could do some research about some diet that dont involve limiting the food income, a few years ago, my mom tried a diet, it was based on a soup recipe that she would have to eat all week long, and, that was a pretty nice soup, full of vegetables and things like that, there's prolly alot of such diet that could help you out... but PLEASE STOP STARVING YOURSELF :( food is good, eat alot of it! just not any kind of food, you prolly eat all of your week just with half of that mc donald fries :P

Diets suck don't they? I am on a diet right now to drop about 5 or 10 pounds I gained because of depression....I swear even the cardboard boxes that are littering up my house are starting to look appetizing. I am even catching myself daydreaming about food haha. I made the terrible mistake of going with someone to sonic the other day...needless to say I couldn't resist and ended up blowing my diet. I felt terrible but the very next day I got right back on it. Just don't let one mistake blow it for ya...get back up and keep at it.

Good luck

Alex

Why so low? That is probably less than half you should have, no wonder you are hungry!!! At that level your body is going to find a way to make you eat and then it will hang on to fats as much as it can. Ultimately this is a self defeating diet, unless you become anorexic "shudder". Also consider the nutrients you are taking in, what you ate today is pretty poor in nutrients.

No it is not good to vomit it up if you eat too much. That is leading to bulimia right there. Plus your breath ends up smelling like vomit, it is not pretty...

Jeez... :-\ you worry me.

800-900 calories

not in a healthy range.  Just change from that McDeath stuff to healthy food like fruit.
FIGHT APATHY!, or don't...

You skipped breakfast, so that set up brain chemicals to help you make bad "I'm hungry" choices..then you ate carbs and salts..which jacks your insulin levels and makes your brain go crazy and want to eat.

If you want to eat small amounts of foods, do protiens.

Alot of peanuts, not only they're full of protein, but they're funny to eat and talk about :D

Google these words      healthy eating to lose weight. This will point you in the right direction.

You should probably be having a minimum of 1200 calories and definitely not skipping breakfast. You'd be better off eating 5-6 small meals throughout the day. Your body needs food in the morning to get your metabolism going.
