DiTransitive

I'm a transwoman and the mom of a 12-year old going on 21. I live in the boonies of Maryland and work in the media industry. Kinda sorta. I'm "self-employed". Aren't we all. I have interest in advocacy, the arts, family, alternative spirituality, gaming. I've been transitioning awhile, about 4 years undergoing HRT. I live with my significant other, hubby. That's about it. Lately going through issues, some I thought I had overcome. They creep back. I'm a little isolated from TLGB community where I live. Then again, a lot of that is me. I've grown distant over the last couple years, doing the 'straight' thing trying to fit in. I joined looking for support resources, also hoping to connect with others that might be dealing with the same issues. Ciao 4 now

Welcome to Susan's, Di.

You have found your way to an amazing place. You should have no problem connecting with others who are facing the same issues as you here. Everyone is very open and supportive.

It sounds like you will fit in fine here. :)

Hope to see you around the forum!

Hugs,
Jacquelyn
