Password retrieval not working

This is user Nikolai_S. Except my computer decided to log me off of all my online accounts, and I can't remember my password for Susan's - and the link sent to me to set a new password just takes me to the main page of Susan's forums. I tried it two days in a row in case it was a temporary issue, and it doesn't seem to have worked. Help, anyone?

I just went through it, and yeah, it does just take you back to the front page.  Have you gotten it figured out?  If not I'd suggest PMing one of the admins.

As others may be having a similar problem, try right clicking on the link you receive and then select open in a new tab.

Oh weird, I wonder why it works that way.  Glad to hear it has a solution though.

Thanks Janet, that worked. I couldn't PM someone on the other account until I had a certain amount of posts there. Might it be helpful for others, in case there's a similar issue when unable to login, to have contact information for one of the admins available somewhere on the site? Or some sort of help@susans email for that purpose?

Actually there is a way.  You can email Susan at susan@susans.org.  It is listed in the TOS at the bottom, which you should be able reach as a guest
