Hi, to whom it may concern. I  inquired about joining the M/F Peer group a few months back but I have not yet figured out if I have been accepted or not. I was told a little while back  to check in my profiles. "Hmmmm," ain't nothin there that says anything about peer group?????

Hi Seshatneferw hon, ok I found that part, but how does that get me into the group? Errr, Sorry but I am not that well computer savvy. Anyway thanks hon. I mean it's realy no big deal. Just wanted to see what it's all about and see if I could do something useful there.

The 'position' is the group, in the sense the word is used in computerese: a way to give some users access to something not open to everyone and not restricted on a per-user basis. As a member of the MtF group you get access to the MtF sub-forum of  the 'just for us' forum, which in turn is open to you as a member of the 'Family' group (or, in other words, because of your 'position' as Family and 'position2' as MtF).
