About to start HRT

I'm starting HRT soon(Spiro then Estradiol Val if my endo gives the thumbs up).  What should I expect in the first month? How soon did you girls take to notice a reduction in libido and change in attitude?

My attitude is the same :/ Personallity isn't determined by hormones. I'm less depressed.

Well it depends on what your taking I myself was on injectables I noticed very acute effects quickly.
1st week
Dizzyness/Fuzzy headed
sensitivity to the smell of men.
Lower libido
slight tingling sensation behind my nipples.

2nd week
No longer Fuzzy headed
Less sweat.
Feeling cold
certain food cravings.
tingling was a distinctive itch by now.

3rd week
Slower body hair growth.
Hair was much less greasy
Dry skin.
Eye pain
Itching in my nipples was now a stabbing sensation Nipples growing.
itching had spread out to the surrounding breast tissue, Sensitivity.

4th Week
Breast buds.
some body hair shedding

I'm sure there were others but I'm not at home due to a lack of internet.
