The Maryland Citizens For Responsible Government filed a ethics complaint against Dana Beyer, at the time the complaint was filed worked as an aide for former Montgomery County, Maryland Councilmember Duchy Trachtenberg was a lead proponent of an antidiscrimination bill to protect Montgomery County citizens on the basis of gender identity.
