Hey, I know I am not transitioning to be a lady but I'm asking you girls this question because I think you would have the best answers.
My father had alot of native American in him so his beard always came out scraggly and rather bad looking.
Like him I also grow scraggly  pointless hairs out of my chin. Sometimes I get mustache hairs like one or two that grow long enough to tickle my lips. So..knowing I can't take hormones, and that I will never get a decent beard, what is the best way to control scraggle hairs on sensitive skin. How can I get them to stop growing? Electrolysys is too expensive for me. So I shave it currently but sometimes it gets ingrown and gives me a  painful zit..Should I use after shave? Warm the foam?  wax strips ? What would make this hair removal better on my skin and last longer than shaving it?

if there few enough waxing works... if there thicker hairs wax strips dont work very well.... I use surgiwax... find it at wally world, it can be messy but once you get the hang of it its fine... just apply, let harden for a minute then pull off... no strips involved... get the one for sencitive areas... it works better than the general one....

Also if there really really sparce just tweeze them..

I have heard the one-touch home electrolysis kit works well if you only have a few hairs.  I think you can get it for about $50.  It might be a whole lot cheaper in the long run than blades or waxing strips will add up to.

I bought one of those for about $30 at a Sally's beauty supply store. It worked well, it was slow though, but all of the hairs that I removed with it have stayed gone.

Yeah, that's why I said it works for a small amount of hair.  I would highly discourage somebody from doing their entire face.

I midified mine so its twice as fast... and Id still not recomend it for allot of hairs.... its beyond painful, and the size of the probe gets painful the next day..... its effective though... if slow... and uber painful...

My silly advice is always consitent in this category..
Here goes :P
avoid anything flamable like gasoline or lighter fluid.... ::)
avoid doing any hair removing activities while under the influene of alcohol ::)
closely watch sharp objects when using them on your own face :o
Aside from that everyone else offered the most practical advice!
I just wanted to inundate you with some good cheer!

If you're not transitioning, why not just trim them to match the length of the others?  On the other hand, I'm not Native American, but I plucked my mustache and chin.  The first time, it hurt like a.....well, it hurt!  The hairs that grew back were finer, and after a half year of plucking, no more than a small number of them come back, and those that do, slide out painlessly.  It's a bit of a nuisance, spending about 1/2 hr a week plucking, but hey....it's free, and it works for me.  Now, I need to do something about the white ones that grow on my neck.  Those I shave daily, though it's only so I don't feel them.  My 5 o'clock shadow is about a 36 hr shadow.

I just wanted to throw this out to you:

When my beard started coming in I got a lot of ingrown hairs and clogged pores (the joys of puberty). An Ex-girlfriend told me about a product that a lot of black guys use because they have trouble with facial hair coming through (theirs is a different texture and tends to be very curly). The product is called bump-stopper, I get it at Sallys beauty salon but have also seen it in several Walmarts. It opens up the hair follicles so the hair can come through with less resistance. It helped my complexion immensely, now I don't need it as often because my skin is used to whiskers coming through.

I hope this has helped.

Take care,
Scott

Thanks y'all
There are too many to pluck it takes like an hour to get them all.
It's crazy having this much hair as a bilogical female, with the inner parts gone since 1997.(still got  the ovaries tho) It was a stroke of luck getting the hysterectomy, It got stuck on bleed so bad it made me anemic. They have me hormones to stop it, did this kind of surgery where the interior of the uterus is scraped and cauterized (I got pictures of it it looked strange) And still it bled an insane amout  so they took it out, something I have begged every GYN I have seen since my first visit  to one years ago to do.It was funny in the GYN's office when he sad my uterus had to go.. I has to supress it,act like a biological female would, shocked and accepting, but not about to jump for joy. But when I got out of his office knowing my uterus would be gone, I just couldn't contain my joy anymore I yelled, spun around like a dervish walking down york road, leaped and grinned all the way home.Screaming Thank you Sekhmet you are the Beautiful one! Or some of her other titles. People at the Bus stop thought I was nuts. I think the waxy dried it on rip it off goo and the hair  folicille opener sounds like a good bet. Thanks.
