Hi Rose Blossom! :)

Eyelid lifts are known as blepharoplasty by cosmetic surgeons.  This is where they remove a thin crescent (or long football) shaped area of skin from the fold of your upper eyelid to remove excess slack.  Otherwise, a brow lift, where they reposition the brows higher on your forehead may relieve the drooping.  With regards to breast growth, it really depends on whether you received a good dose of your mother's X chromosome, or instead received more of your fathers'.  On the other hand, if your paternal grandmother was nicely endowed, you could be fortunate as well.  It generally takes many weeks to visibly notice breast development, then like normal puberty and adolescence, it requires two or more additional years to determine your final size.  Be patient, drink lots of water, and be good to yourself.  I wish you great success in your transition.

Um...if you're XY, you can't receive your father's X chromosome.  Just sayin'.
It's clearly genetically driven, but don't expect a certain size. My mother's a 32C, and I, starting at age 17, have only managed a 32AA in a year. Your mileage may vary wildly.

It's true. My mother is like a 44D, I have gotten to full 38B in just about a year. Being just a little over a year now, I am nearing 38C.

I hope this rings true for when I start HRT  :eusa_pray:

Hi Rose Blossom,

You can always go to an  eyebrow styling place and/or a beautician and have a consult to feminize your eyes. You book an appointment, you go there the technician asks what you want, you say 'I'm transponder and starting to live full time as my true female gender and I hate how my eyes look, what do yoy suggest to make them more feminine? First thing she said to me was, that's fine. How long have you known "For ever but the time wasn't right" By which time she had  a good look at my eyes. Then she said, First stop pluking you eyebrows, you are no good at it let me do it. Second we will use eyebrow powder to match them into a feminine arch until we can style them.  We also do very cute eyelash extensions that thicken them up like Rhiana and Beyonce do. Sounded nice but I declined.

Embarrassment factor: zero.

Helpfulness: 100%

I was the only person in male clothing in the shop and the staff didn't treat me any differently than any other client. The technician brought in eye brow powder, demonstrated on me how to shape it, got me to practice and I felt awesome. I'm due back soon for another shaping, I have to wait for the eyebrows to grow from my shaping attempts

I get the ladies who do my manicures and pedicures to wax my brows about once a month.  In between, I pluck only the strays and really wild hairs as they appear.
