Why do I not care anymore?

Hi...

Over the time that I've known that I was trans, I've been afraid of coming out cuz I didnt want to be picked on or beat up... But lately I've just been like "F*** everyone!!" and not caring... I honestly couldn't give a crap what people think anymore!!

This worries me, as I know the attitude towards being trans in my area, and know that I will get picked on or beat up. BUT I just really dont seem to give a hoot... WHAT SHOULD I DO?!

Out of at least 100 people I know well in the SF area, I know exactly two who grew up here, and I'm one.  And that beats all the LA people I know, none of whom grew up there.  People move all the time.  It's the great American hobby really.

You say you know what the consequences of coming out will be. So, coming out now will have one result.

But you're not alone in having to keep such an important part of yourself secret from th outside world.

nope not frustration... Just not caring...

I recently bought a bunch of girls clothes, saw how awesome I look in em, and stopped caring what ppl will do to me...

It's a risky position, but that not caring can also be a powerful strength. If you're confident, people won't feel as comfortable challenging you about your appearance, and that's if your confidence doesn't cause them to accept your gender at first glance.
