How to find an Endo?

I know how to find a therapist and I'm sure if I started seeing one that I could ask them this very question.  but I'd rather not see a therapist unless it's a requirement.  I'd rather find an endo, find out what their requirements are for someone starting T, and then go from there.  But I'm not sure how to find an endo to ask them what their requirements are for that.

Just try google searching searching something like "trans friendly endocrinologists [insert your city]".
That's what I did.

I don't think that would work for me because my health insurance is with Kaiser Permanente, so I can only choose an endocrinologists that is within Kaiser Permanente.  I've tried searching around on their website, but I'm not having any luck.
