I know I shouldn't be using them but lately my binder doesn't bind like it used to and I don't got the money for another one. My mom wrecked my last one  by doing my laundry, she also put it in the dryer which seemed to like chewing holes in it...

Where do you buy ace bandages? I used to get them at the dollar store when I was younger because they were obviously a dollar. However dollar stores bandages are always small in width. I need something that's very wide because I find otherwise they twist and come undone. I've seen pictures of these thick ones every time I see a guy with his chest bandaged but I've never seen them in my life. I have no idea where to look for them. I have a loose fitting binder I can wear but I need something to keep myself flat, since this binder also likes to give me cleavage, it's no different than wearing a bra.

I live in Canada if that helps any, so a store that is States only is kind of useless to me. I've tried my local pharamcy's but even the bandages they sell are like 1 to 2inches.

Walmart Canada has 4"-6" wide ones for cheap, like $3-$4.

I tried using ace bandages instead of a binder but I found them very annoying and made a huge difference in breathing than compared to a binder. They're also not very reliable, they come undone and roll a lot. You might find after trying it that it is better to just use an old binder and wear an undershirt with a collar shirt over it instead.
The story is the same, I've just personalized the name.

I would suggest getting a back brace instead. A back brace would be one strip which is wide enough for your chest and it has velcro. It works better than an ace bandage and costs about the same. I've had aces fall apart on me but the back brace didn't. You can find it at a pharmacy.

Correction: it's an abdominal binder, but you can probably find something similar.

Walmart? Really? That's awesome!

Yeah they do restrict your breathing but I don't really plan on wearing it for long periods of time, probably just a few hours at the most.

Actually if it doesn't work my next idea is tape. I used to do it all the time when I was younger. It's not so bad, I just don't like the thought of wasting all the tape, and then there is the sound when putting it on and I don't like everyone intruding in on my business.

I would not use tape.  That is even worse than ace bandages I think.
