if you're slack like me and don't rally care for make-up but like a bit of eyeliner then here is a quick way to get it to look decent with zero effort. Because I hate that fresh look and find the smudger just rubs it off too much and doesn't get it even at all I'll put it on before a shower (outside half above and below, make sure you put it above the eyelash line on the bottom - just pull it down with your finger to get to it) then rub your eyes in the shower, inwardly a few times a little should come off on your fingers. When you get out just run your finger underneath to remove any that is too low/under the eyelashes and it will look perfect! Blended in just right. Depending on how much you put on before hand will determine the amount of smokiness!
